Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the mobile app

1. Open the MyKodai.com app and sign in.
2. Go to Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Option 2: Ask us

Email book.kodaikanal@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or use our contact form, with the subject "Delete my account". Please include the name and mobile number on the account so we can find it. We will confirm and complete the request.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email address, mobile number, password, saved places and sign-in sessions. The account can no longer be used.
• Kept: booking and payment records that we must retain for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. These are kept without your account identity.

If you have an upcoming booking, please cancel it first, or wait until it is over. Property owners, local guides and jeep owners hold business records, so please contact us to close those accounts.
